Tokenized HTTPS downloads

Firmware images are signed. The hub downloads over HTTPS with split-token JWT authorization. Failed updates roll back via dual-slot flash.

Visible history

Every update leaves a trail

OTA progress and applied versions appear in the app. Configuration changes are versioned separately so support can inspect what changed and when.
