This notice describes the public marketing website and waitlist. The product app, controller and account services require their own notices. Public operator details and a complete reviewed notice are still being finalized.

Waitlist information
The default website form submits to the AGS first-party service. Your email and any optional name or setup notes are stored in the project database, together with submission source and a timestamp. They are used for launch communication and beta planning. This deployment does not use Tally for its default waitlist.
Operational request information
The site and its delivery infrastructure process network request metadata, including IP addresses, requested paths and response information, to serve pages and manage security and abuse. A fixed retention period and full processor list have not yet been published. Contact AGS for current details.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies. Cookieless Plausible analytics can be enabled by deployment configuration. If enabled, its external script processes visits for aggregate analytics. The delivery infrastructure and hosting also process requests; this notice makes no blanket promise that information never leaves the EEA.
Your choice
Joining the waitlist expresses consent to AGS launch updates. You can withdraw that interest and request access, correction or deletion through the public contact email. We do not sell waitlist contact details.
Open disclosure work
The data controller’s public identity and postal address, complete processor details, retention schedule and the final reviewed notice must be supplied. Contact AGS for a current answer before sharing information you are uncomfortable providing.
