AGS
AGSPremium grow appliance for small rooms
FAQ

15 straight answers.

AGS is pre-launch, so some answers may change as beta hardware moves toward v1. The public FAQ keeps buyer questions readable; manual-level technical detail remains off the main path.

Do I need to run my own server?
No. AGS is a hosted appliance. You plug in the hub, pair it in the app, and we operate the online service layer for you on independent EU infrastructure.
Where does my data live?
In the EU, on infrastructure AGS operates directly. The app is built around room visibility and grow records, with data location and product ownership kept plain.
Do I need internet for AGS to work?
Not for every moment of the room routine. Internet is needed for app visibility, account sync, updates, and grow record sync; the appliance is designed so core room routine stays close to the hub.
What equipment can AGS work with?
AGS is designed for small rooms with mixed equipment. The public site keeps this high level; compatibility details and tested accessories belong in manual-style documentation as units move through beta.
Does AGS replace every tool in the room?
No. AGS does not replace grower judgment. It keeps daily checks, room routine, plant records, review, and harvest memory easier to manage together.
Can AGS work with remote-controlled appliances?
Support for common remote-controlled room equipment is part of the product direction. Exact compatibility belongs in the manual and compatibility list, not in the main marketing flow.
What is shipping now and what is still in progress?
The hub, app flows, hosted layer, plant lifecycle, weekly reports, update history, and grow records are real. Certification, enclosure, production run, and some deeper automation behavior remain tracked as beta or roadmap work until they are ready.
Is AGS safe for heavy room equipment?
AGS is designed as a dedicated appliance for small rooms, with compatibility and installation guidance handled through the manual. Buyers size equipment for their region and follow the supported setup guidance.
Where can I find the deeper technical details?
They remain available on the direct specs/manual-style page and in launch documentation. The main buyer journey intentionally avoids part numbers, frequencies, protocol versions, and engineering-only language.
Is AGS available to buy today?
No. AGS is pre-launch. The waitlist is the only way onto the first-buyer list. When units ship, waitlist members are contacted first.
Where does it ship?
EU-first. That is where we can support returns and service fastest. Wider regions open at the v1 milestone.
What is the price?
Not announced. Pre-launch pricing is finalized closer to the first shipment and communicated by email to the waitlist before it is posted publicly.
Refunds and warranty?
Pre-launch and paid beta: 30-day refund, 6-month hardware warranty. V1: EU-compliant 14-day refund, 12-month warranty, longer service options for commercial use.
Is this legal where I live?
AGS is a general-purpose grow controller. Legality of what you grow depends entirely on your jurisdiction. We do not advise on that and the product is not positioned around any one crop.
How often does firmware update?
During beta, updates are more frequent. After v1, the cadence settles into a steadier release rhythm. Update status stays visible in the product instead of being buried in private operator notes.
