    Hub rev B with dual SHT41, PWM, IR, Matter

    Engineering samples in the field: ESP32-C6 hub, two SHT41 probes on a TCA9548A mux, four PWM channels, 38 kHz IR TX/RX, and Matter 1.3 commissioner on the production firmware branch.

  2. PlatformDone

    Hosted EU cloud and per-tenant auth

    Live AGS backend on independent EU infrastructure: per-tenant MQTT credentials, multi-device accounts, weekly report refresh, and waitlist capture.

  3. SaaSDone

    Free, Basic, and Plus tiers with live gates

    SaaS plans are live in the app with API-enforced limits on plants, Matter outlets, IR equipment, relay modes, lifecycle stages, and weekly notes.

    Grow journal, weekly reports, and harvest records

    Plant lifecycle stages, per-stage nutrition, weekly report photos and notes, harvest logging, and a guided operator path from first device through first report.

    Signed OTA with rollback and history

    Firmware updates are signed and token-gated, dual-slot rollback is in place, and every hub shows update history in the app. Plus unlocks the beta channel.

    Lifecycle automation, PID hardening, Matter regressions

    Phase-aware setpoints, schedule walk, anti-windup tuning, and commissioner regressions against a growing plug set, including esp-matter stack upgrades.

    IR learn wizard and tier UX polish

    AC learn flow with mode × fan matrix, clearer tier gates and upgrade prompts, and continued refinement of the default operator journey.

    Pre-launch waitlist open

    First-buyer list is open while CE prep and rev 0.2 enclosure work continue. Pricing and shipping windows are shared with waitlist members first.

    Rev 0.2 production board and enclosure

    Final power input and enclosure, pre-CE sample run for EMC/LVD/RED lab work. Studio renders and the one-page datasheet ship with this milestone.

  10. AutomationNext

    Sensor-triggered IR

    IR fires on a sensor condition, not only on a schedule—for example, AC cool when VPD crosses a band. Not in release today.

  11. LaunchNext

    Closed beta to paid beta

    Narrow field units with explicit warranty terms, then paid beta hubs before the public v1 production run.

  12. LaunchLater

    v1 CE production run

    CE-marked production hub, EU shipping first, 12-month warranty, and a steadier firmware cadence after v1.

  13. Post-launchLater

    Expanded appliance matrix and proactive alerts

    Heater, cooler, dehumidifier, and circulation loops beyond today's stubs, plus push alerts and clearer offline/degraded-mode UX.

Release cadence

Firmware every 2 to 4 weeks during beta, every 6 to 8 weeks after v1.

Every release is signed and visible in the app OTA history. When a planned update slips, the roadmap shows what is being stabilized.
